Who Can Register as a VIPP Delegate?

VIPP (Very Important Projects Person) Registration is strictly for:

  • Public-sector organisations

  • Third-sector organisations

  • Registered charities

  • Publicly funded bodies

  • Arms-length external organisations connected to the public sector

Private-sector organisations are NOT eligible for VIPP tickets.

Any private-sector registration submitted through this page will be automatically rejected, and the registrant will be redirected to the Private-Sector Access page.

  • Your project information is used ONLY to shape the programme and match content relevance

  • Contact details are ONLY shared with other registered delegates and event partners after the event, and ONLY if you give explicit consent

About You

Validation rule:

Email must end in .gov.uk, .org.uk, .ac.uk, .nhs.uk, .nhs.scot, or other recognised public-sector/charity domains.

Any private-sector domain (e.g., .co.uk, .com, .net) → auto-reject mess

What Happens Next

Once your registration is submitted:

  1. Our team will verify your eligibility (public sector / third sector / charity).

  2. You will receive a confirmation email within 3–5 working days.

  3. If accepted, your fully funded VIPP ticket will be issued electronically.

  4. Closer to the event, you’ll receive:

    • Digital event guide

    • Programme updates

    • Venue access details

    • Video On Demand access post-event

Private-sector registrations will be declined and redirected to the correct page.
